The air fuse provides simple, effective protection in the event of air line breakage (disconnection or breakage of a pressurized air hose). The value of the valve is preset at the factory and configured for normal air consumption when using air tools. If air consumption exceeds the preset valve value, the internal piston immediately cuts off the air supply. When the break is repaired, a built-in bleed hole allows a certain flow of air to escape, automatically resetting the valve. The safety valve can be installed on virtually all compressed air distribution systems for industrial, automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, dental, food and beverage applications. It complies with OSHA 29CFR 1926.302 (partial) and ISO 4414-11 (5.4.5.11.1). Safe, reliable and tamper-proof. Easy to install. Lightweight, compact and maintenance-free.
