The tape offers high tensile strength, enabling you to stretch the first layer of tape to form a solid, compressed, watertight seal. Apply the second layer with minimal to no stretch, and your insulation job is complete. Just two layers form a moisture-proof, abrasion-resistant, dielectric seal.
