3M™ Roloc™ shank allows 3M™ Roloc™ disc pads to fit a collet on a die grinder or disc sander, or a drill chuck on a drill. The 1/4 in. (0.64 cm) external threads fit 3M™ Roloc™ disc pads with 1/4-20 internal threads. 3M™ Roloc™ shank enables you to secure a 3M™ Roloc™ backup pad to a die grinder or disc sander, adding versatility to tools you may already own. The short, 2 in. (5.08 cm) shaft of the 3M™ Roloc™ shank keeps the abrasive closer to the tool, resulting in less vibration and more precise operator control.
