272 High-Temperature Thread Locker, Red, 50 ml, Bottle

LOCTITE® 272 is a red, medium viscosity, high strength, anaerobic-curing, and thread locking adhesive with high temperature resistance. It is specially designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners and to withstand temperatures up to 232°C (450°F). The anaerobic adhesive cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Ideal for the locking and sealing of large bolts and studs.
