This compressed air treatment system includes a safety exhaust shut-off valve, a 5-micron filter with an automatic drain, and a 0.3-micron coalescing filter also equipped with an automatic drain. A visual indicator shows the condition of the silica gel, changing from blue to pink when replacement is required. To compensate for pressure drop after the adsorption dryer, a regulator with gauge is integrated. This complete kit is supplied with connection fittings and a mounting bracket for quick and efficient installation. The desiccant dryer is ideal for moisture-sensitive applications, providing high performance with a pressure dew point down to -40 °C. Airflow passes through the entire dryer to ensure maximum drying capacity. Compact and non-powered, it is easy to maintain, produces minimal pressure drop, and generates no air loss. It installs easily downstream of a filter or coalescing filter, directly at the point of use, to ensure perfectly dry compressed air.
